About the role

The Head of People & Culture will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation through ongoing growth and transformation. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the Executive Team to translate global strategy into local impact, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure that the company continues to be a place where people feel valued, included and inspired.

You will lead the People & Culture function in Iceland with a strong commitment to service, collaboration, and operational excellence, ensuring the culture reflects the company’s values, sense of responsibility, and genuine care for people.
